The Committee on Education moves to amend the bill on page one, by amending the title of the bill to read as follows:
"A BILL to amend and reenact §18A-4-8 and §18A-4-8 a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to school service personnel classifications, pay grades and salaries; creating class titles for bus operator II and licensed practical nurse and providing definitions and pay grades; disallowing reduction in force and transfers of aides employed on effective date to create nurse positions; establishing beginning work stations for bus drivers; conditions; increasing pay grade of sanitation plant operator; increasing salaries of service personnel; providing supplemental pay for ASE certification for certain mechanics; and making technical changes for clarification."
